The deal

StrykBot provides AI chat, SMS and booking software to your business on a monthly subscription. You give us accurate information about your business, you keep your account credentials to yourself, and you pay for the plan you chose. We keep the service running and keep your data separated from every other client's.

The free trial and the guarantee

New accounts get 30 days free. If StrykBot captures fewer than three new leads for your business in that first month, we do not take the first payment — you tell us, we check the account, and we cancel the charge. You keep the leads either way. The guarantee applies once, to a first subscription, and assumes the bot was actually live on a site or number where customers could reach it.

Billing

Plans are $99, $199 or $399 a month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe from the end of your trial. There is no contract and no setup fee. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we will always tell you before a price changes.

What the AI is

The bot generates its answers. It is trained on what you give it and constrained by the rules you set, and it is accurate in ordinary use — but it is software, not an employee, and it can get something wrong. You are responsible for what your bot says to your customers, which is why every conversation is logged for you to read and every rule is yours to tighten. Do not use StrykBot to give medical, legal or financial advice, or as the only channel for anything urgent or safety-critical.

Text messaging

You are the sender of messages that go out from your account and are responsible for having the right to message the people you message — including compliance with the TCPA and any other law that applies where you operate. Every StrykBot number honours STOP and HELP automatically. We will suspend an account that is used to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use StrykBot to break the law, to deceive people about who they are talking to when they ask, to harass anyone, to send malware, or to resell the service as your own without a written agreement with us. Do not attempt to reach another client's data or to circumvent the limits on your plan.

Your data is yours

Your business information, your customers' conversations, your leads and your bookings belong to you. Ask and we will export them. Ask and we will delete them. We do not sell them, and we do not use one client's data to benefit another.

Uptime and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times, and it is hosted on infrastructure built for that, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at these prices. Support is by phone, text and email; on the Hooks and Knockout plans it is prioritised.

Limits of liability

StrykBot is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can cancel any time from your account or by telling us. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other clients at risk — and where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you your data.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will email account owners before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
