What does "3 leads or you don't pay" mean exactly?
If StrykBot captures fewer than three new leads for you in your first month, we don't take the first payment. Not prorated, not credited — not taken.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, up or down. The change applies from your next billing date and nothing in your account is lost.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Building and training your bot is included, and so is installing it on your site if you want us to do it.
What counts as a message?
One reply from your bot to a customer. Every plan carries an allowance far above what a normal local business uses; if you ever approach it, we tell you before it matters.
