Is there really no contract?
None on monthly. Month to month, and you cancel any time from inside the app (Settings → Manage plan & payment); the plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, with no notice period. Annual is a 1-year commitment: turn off renewal at any time, refundable only within 30 days of the charge. You keep your data export either way.
What happens after the 30 days?
You move onto the monthly plan you picked at signup, at the price shown here. We tell you before it happens, no silent conversion. (Monthly AI Receptionist carries the 30-day trial; annual is billed up front with two months free instead of a trial; Full Digital Presence is billed from day one, because the website and marketing work starts straight away.)
What is in Full Digital Presence?
Everything in AI Receptionist with 2,500 customer conversations a month, plus STRYK DIGITAL. StrykBot’s own marketing team, doing five jobs: building and updating your website, building an installable customer app for your business, running your SEO and AI-search optimization, making and managing your social media, and designing your print marketing (flyers, cards, signs, wraps) and ordering it with the printer. A report every month covers all of it. Ad spend on Google, Meta and the like, and the printing itself, are billed separately at cost with no markup.
How do I cancel?
From inside the app: Settings → Manage plan & payment. Monthly cancels any time and stays active to the end of the paid period, with no notice period and no retention script. Annual can turn off renewal at any time and is refundable only within 30 days of the charge.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
They stay yours. Your customer records, notes, photos and documents stay in your account for 30 days after you cancel, and we export them for you on request, you never have to argue for your own data.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing in the product, only the billing. Annual is ten months’ price for twelve, taken once, and it has no 30-day trial, the two free months are the incentive instead. Monthly is taken every month, starts with the 30-day trial, and you can stop at any time. Annual is a 1-year commitment: a full refund within 30 days of the charge, not refundable after that, turn off renewal any time and it runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, up or down. The change applies from your next billing date and nothing in your account is lost.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Building and training your bot is included, and so is installing it on your site if you want us to do it.
What counts as a conversation?
One customer thread, on your website chat or by text, however many messages are in it. AI Receptionist carries 1,000 a month and Full Digital Presence 2,500, which is well above what a normal local shop uses; if you ever approach it, we tell you before it matters.
Does it text back my missed calls?
Yes. When a call rings out, a text goes out from your business line within seconds, and the conversation carries on by SMS until it ends in a booking, without you picking up.
